Cauliflower Pizza Crust

It’s a new year and like every new year, tons of people are making resolutions/ goals to improve themselves. I’m not going to lie, I am one of those people who make those resolutions/ goals and don’t truly stick to them through out the year.

This year, I decided to start my lifestyle changes early with the hope that I’ll come into the new year with a little momentum. I have been doing Keto for about a month and a half now, breaking only for the holidays, and I have to say that it is by far one of the best “diets” I’ve tried. One of my favorite things about Keto is the ability to still eat most of my favorite things with slight alterations.

Being that the Keto diet requires limited carbs, I’ve been coming up with creative ways to still enjoy the food I’m eating sans carbohydrates. One of the hubs and my favorite meals is pizza but we needed a way to be able to enjoy it without the usually dough crust. Enter, Cauliflower Pizza Crust. This recipe is super easy to make and it tastes amazing. It’s such a great alternative to actual crust and can be made ahead and frozen until you’re ready to use.
