Sparkle

A couple of weeks ago I was so happy to attend the engagement party of one of my good college friends, Robeya and her fiancé Terrance. It was a great night filled with family, friends and love. Even though my college friends and I stay in touch quite often it was good to physically see everyone and catch up.

The event was a semi-formal event so I chose to wear this festive thrifted dress to celebrate the occasion. I know I’ve explained once or twice (or a million) times here on the blog how great thrifting can be but seriously you can really find great stuff at the thrift store, if your willing to look and maybe to an alteration or two. This sparkly dress would be perfect for a holiday party or New years eve and I’m sure the are 100’s more like it in you local thrift/ consignment store.
