Amaretto Snickerdoodles

Holiday season is in full swing and I for one am loving it. This is my favorite time of year and I am always trying to find ways to spread some holiday cheer. The other day, fueled by eggnog and Disaronno, I decided to craft these cookies for Robbie’s and my colleagues to enjoy. These amaretto Snickerdoodle cookies are a festive twist on a classic that keep the soft chewy texture of the original with the sweet spice flavor of the amaretto. I’m telling you, the flavor is divine and got rave reviews from our taste testers.

These look so good! I’m vegan so I’d have to tweek the ingredients but I think it’s doable. TFS! #BLMgirls
