The ports of call were, Puerta Maya, Roatan Honduras, Belize and Cozumel.   I had the most amazing time on the cruise and am just counting the days until my next vacation to Paris (at the end of September). I want to give you guys a little peek of what I experienced so I’m going to share a few photo diaries of the different places that I visited on my cruise. First up, Puerta Maya.

While in Puerta Maya, we decided to rent a moped to drive to the beach. Little did we know, that we have very bad sense of direction without our first world GPS so we ended up getting lost somewhere in Mexico. Being lost soon made me realize that I should have paid a bit more attention in those two years of Spanish classes I took in high school. Luckily, I was able to piece together a few sentences to get us on the right path. When we got on to the right road to the beach, I decided to try my hand at driving the moped. Everything went great until we got to the beach, Robbie jumped off and I underestimated the weight of the bike. I tried to put up the kickstand but could and the moped came tumbling down on top of me. Robbie quickly came to my rescue but the damage was already done. I scrapped the hell out of my elbow. After such a traumatic experience I needed a few drinks (and band-aids) to ease my pain.  We sat down at this cute beach front bar so I could lick my wounds. After getting nice and tipsy, we ventured into the beautiful blue water where we stayed until it was time for us to go back to the boat.

Moral of the story is,  I should really leave the moped driving to Robbie. Hope you all enjoyed my story and pictures.
